　　AECOM tiene una excelente oportunidad disponible para Lider de Disciplina Electrica en Bogota, Colombia.

　　Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:

　　Competencia técnica para abordar los desafíos específicos asociados con proyectos de gran envergadura.

　　Experiencia exitosa en la gestión integral de proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.

　　Habilidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo de diseñadores eléctricos, fomentando la colaboración y la excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos.

　　Orientación proactiva hacia la consecución de objetivos y resultados, demostrando un historial de logros tangibles en proyectos similares.

　　Capacidad para identificar y resolver eficazmente problemas, adaptándose a los cambios en entornos dinámicos.

　　Habilidades de liderazgo para inspirar y guiar a un equipo multidisciplinario hacia el éxito.

　　Capacidad para comunicar de manera efectiva con partes interesadas internas y externas.

　　Qualifications

　　Requisitos Minimos

　　Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica + 8 años de experiencia especifica en proyectos de infraestructura de transporte, energía, data centers u otros proyectos de ingeniería de envergadura

　　Necesario que se cuenta con habilidades técnicas sólidas y experiencia comprobada en la gestión proyectos, trabajo en equipo, gestión del personal y desempeño orientado a resultados.

　　Sólidos conocimientos en diseño eléctrico, con énfasis en proyectos de infraestructura de transporte, energía y/o data centers.

　　Experiencia comprobada en la implementación de soluciones innovadoras y eficientes en el ámbito eléctrico.

　　Preferencias

　　12+ años de experiencia

　　Manejar el idioma Inglés
