　　Job Title : Chief Medical Officer

　　Location : Remote

　　Hours/Schedule : 20 to 40 hours per week

　　Compensation : hourly during the contract term, Rate dependent upon years of experience in specialty area, years of clinical experience, and other factors. Estimated range of $100/hr to $250/hr

　　About the Role

　　As a Chief Medical Officer, you will play a key role in building a network of like-minded individuals who can support end to end project completion within the area of neuroscience with an emphasis on Neuro Trauma.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure the collaboration and coordination of all stakeholders

　　Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality care for patients

　　Ensure medical staff follows proper procedures, define consistent standards for medical activities and act as a medical representative

　　Continuously search for ways to improve the efficiency of clinical operations

　　Ensure clinical staff follows healthcare regulations and sites adhere to prescribed safety standards

　　End to end, successful execution of other projects assigned by CEO

　　Other key responsibilities may include:

　　financial reports

　　managing projects

　　managing teams

　　meeting deadlines

　　managing budget

　　making connections with other CMO’s

　　recruiting other health professionals

　　Qualifications

　　Medical Doctors Only

　　Specialty: Neurologist, Neuro Surgeon, Emergency Medicine with expertise in Neuro Trauma, TBI, or similar

　　5+ years of executive level experience

　　5+ years experience within clinical R&D leadership

　　Proven ability to influence KOLs, FDA, and other stakeholders within the RX area of Neuroscience

　　Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and organizational skills
