Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a well-respected real estate firm in the DTC in search of a Staff Accountant! The Staff Accountant position is paying $55,000-$70,000 and offering a very generous benefits and PTO package!

　　The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:

　　Full cycle accounting for 10-15 properties

　　Processing accounts payable - vendor management, 1099s, W-9s, handling AP issues, etc.

　　Processing accounts receivable - billing, reconciling AR accounts, posting payments

　　Journal entries

　　Month-end close

　　Accounts reconciliations and bank reconciliations

　　Assisting with the financial statement preparation

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Requirements for the Staff Accountant include:

　　2+ years of property accounting or multi-entity accounting experience

　　Degree is preferred, but not required

　　Yardi experience is preferred, but not required
