　　We are currently hiring Machinists in the Hillsboro area.

　　Job Description:

　　Multiple openings for machinists, open to entry level up to highly experienced candidates. Performs machining operations to produce components for the semiconductor industry. Position will require strong attention to detail and careful handling of custom and fragile parts.Duties:

　　Performs routine setup of fixtures, tools and machines using CNC mills, lathe and grinding machines, according to blueprints and/or work instructions

　　Produces parts by following established processes and procedures, performing inspection on parts against specifications and delivering product which meets both quality and time standards

　　Measures, examines, and tests completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications

　　Will be required to perform routine preventive maintenance on machine equipment to insure proper function

　　Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all 6S requirements.

　　Fully operates machines to produce parts including set up, tooling, and fixturing within 5% of expected labor productivity standards

　　Will require working knowledge of GD&T and full understanding of CNC machining fundamentals including establishing work and tool offsets.

　　Also requires aligning and securing fixtures and components to program requirements.

　　Experience with 3 Axis Milling Machines, Lathe or 5 Axis Routers. Experience with silicon carbide grinding and diamond tooling preferred.

　　Location : Hillsboro, OR

　　Qualified candidates will possess the following:

　　Requires high school diploma or equivalent

　　Minimum of 1-3 years of machining experience

　　Intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of machining including: shop math, drawings, measuring instruments, machine functions and controls.

　　Ability to calculate dimensions to meet tolerances, gain an understanding of G and M codes, GD&T

　　Understanding of advanced shop math, and measuring instruments

　　Ability to align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, dial indicators, accessories, and materials

　　Ability to machine parts to drawing specifications using machining techniques such as, milling, turning, shaping, drilling, and surface grinding

　　Shifts:

　　Monday - Friday

　　Day: 6am - 2:30pm

　　Swing: 2pm - 10:30pm

　　Pay: $20-$28
