Chest Pain Program Coordinator—Cardiovascular Services—Full Time Days
Our Cardiovascular service line is expanding and is in search of a Chest Pain Program Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player who is highly organized with strong communication skills. The ability to function in a fast-paced environment is essential.
LOCATION : The address is 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
SCHEDULE: Full-time; 40 hrs./week. Monday – Friday (8-5)

QUALIFICATIONS:
· BSN Required
· 3 years of Med/Surg, Emergency or Critical Care experience as an RN Required
· 3 years of Critical Care preferred
· Specialty Certification upon hire preferred
· Effective leadership and interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication skills in English;
· Advanced knowledge of current professional and health care issues and nursing practice.
· Experience in project management. Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
· Facilitate the vision for the program in terms of operations, quality and patient care, consistent with best practices and clinical practice guidelines.
· Provides direction to team by working closely with physicians, nursing and support staff to ensure coordination of care for chest pain patients.
· Collects, analyzes, and shares patient care data and improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
· Provides feedback and education to EMS and all stakeholders.
· Perform other duties as assigned
