　　The Amazon Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch of new devices build the experience that Canadian customers will love. Interested in Amazon Echo and Alexa? Come work on it.

　　Device and feature launches: Join the country team in launching new devices and services in Canada. What could be particularly relevant and a real local delighter for Canadian customers - English or French speaking?

　　Customer experience enhancements: You will be responsible to enhance the current Alexa experience overall. Identify improvement opportunities – from paper cuts, to things trust busters. How can we make Alexa more enjoyable in the everyday use?

　　Localization: Work with developers, marketers and PR to review customer facing experiences and content and ensure our devices, and services feel really local in both french and english language.

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale/écrite en anglais et en français, et vous vous sentez à l'aise de discuter avec des dirigeants seniors. Vous êtes axé sur les données, hautement analytique et avez un fort sens de la création des bonnes choses pour les clients. Vous êtes capable de diriger des initiatives stratégiques de haut niveau, tout en retroussant vos manches, plongeant dans les détails et réalisant le travail nécessaire.

　　A candidate for this role will possess strong technical acumen along with deep expertise in leading complex projects across multiple teams. You love to dive deep into the technical detail of a feature to find opportunities to improve its quality. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You have excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and French, and are comfortable talking to senior leaders. You are data-driven, highly analytical and have a strong sense of building the right things for customers. You are able to drive high-level strategic initiatives, as well as roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

　　The Alexa Canada team’s mission is to deliver products and services that are delightful and locally relevant for Canadian customers. We work on everything from product launches (like launching new Echo devices), to new skill partnerships (like working with external partners to make their services available through Alexa), to more consumer-focused campaigns (like what Alexa’s responses should be for Canada Day or each NHL game). The Alexa Canada team is an essential part of helping customers feel that Alexa is a trusted companion in their daily life. On the team, the Senior Product Manager contributes to making Alexa a truly Canadian product.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent

　　Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

　　Experience with end to end product delivery

　　Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

　　Experience as a product manager or owner

　　Experience owning technology products

　　Fluent in French

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

　　Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
