Market Leader

　　The Market Leader will be responsible for being a forward-thinking executive who runs their market with a CEO mindset and brings discipline, rigor and true business leadership balancing the mission and vision with the drive for business results. for generating new relationships and servicing existing relationships within the region, strong analytical and consultative selling skills required.

　　Key Responsibilities and Duties

　　Act as CEO for relationship team and establish strategic approach to growing business

　　Leverage analytics and financials to develop multi-year strategic plans across markets/institutions to grow the business and drive strategic outcomes. Instill P&L management discipline across team with help of leadership

　　Accountable for retaining and deepening relationships with existing clients and consultants and delivering added value across the full suite of Nuveen products/solutions

　　Know and promote the entire portfolio of products and services available through Nuveen and its affiliates to new and existing client accounts

　　Connect Nuveen strategy to market opportunities, delighting existing clients with better products and services and capturing new market share

　　Cultivate strong client relationships (brokers and consultancies as well as clients and members) for solid, long-term growth

　　Instill strong sales competence, operational excellence and consistent practice management, and a long-term performance perspective across team; build capabilities to deliver true commercial impact

　　Stay abreast of key market, industry and product trends

　　Conduct with PSG analysis and research on competitive asset managers

　　Conduct discovery work to review the opportunities within our client’s asset allocation, and review how our investment solutions may fit within their recommended allocations

　　Base Pay Range: $167,500/yr. - $275,000/yr.

　　Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
