The Partner Solutions Specialist Role
As a Partner Solutions Specialist at Qlik, you'll be part of our dynamic CSO Services Solutions team, playing a pivotal role in managing strategic partnerships with organizations that complement Qlik's Professional Services.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Solutions, you'll drive partner identification, onboarding, and collaboration to ensure the success of our initiatives.

Partner Identification: Discover and evaluate potential partners whose solutions align with Qlik's offerings, keeping a pulse on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Certification Support: Guide partners through certification processes, ensuring alignment with Qlik's standards, and providing necessary resources during onboarding.
Negotiation Expertise: Collaborate on negotiating beneficial agreements with partners and facilitate seamless contract execution alongside legal and finance teams.
Relationship Cultivation: Foster positive, responsive relationships with partner organizations, addressing needs promptly and contributing to their growth.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with partners to craft joint strategies, coordinating marketing and sales efforts to elevate partner solutions.

· Enabling Growth: Your role will directly impact partner growth through effective collaboration, innovative strategies, and continuous feedback.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
· A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a tech degree or certifications as a bonus.
· Demonstrated experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.
· A deep understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and related technologies.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments, leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Proactiveness in identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities, with contract negotiation experience as a plus.
· Proficiency in English and either German or French.
