Branch Manager
This position is accountable for assuring sales and operations function efficiently and profitably in an atmosphere of professional development within a culture of sales. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. In addition, this position works closely with other departments including Inventory Management, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Supervises Customer Service and Delivery
Responsible for accuracy and adequacy of all branch order fulfillment
Develops and implements cost reduction leading to improved quality, decreased costs, improved and timely delivery performance
Together with the VP of Operations, develop, maintain and achieve annual budget targets
In partnership with Regional Sales Manager, recruit, retain, and train employees
Optimize inventory and gross profit margin
Assist Accounting with new account setup and collection, as needed
Lead Sales efforts in all categories of product distribution
Requirements:
Five years work experience in electrical, construction, or closely related industry
Strong customer service focus
High energy, self-starter with positive attitude
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree
Master/journeyman electrical certification
Electrical distribution experience
Purchasing and/or Sales experience
Pay Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $50,000-$75,000 annually. This position is also bonus eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
