The team:
The cockpit refurbishment team is a dynamic team made up of experts from different technical fields. The team is responsible for ensuring the refurbishment of parts and components that come from decommissioned aircraft and simulators in order to reintegrate them into our simulation products. The team collaborates daily with several multidisciplinary groups (e.g. hardware engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, etc.).

Technical tasks include:
• Analyze parts and operations to be carried out for the refurbishment of parts received.
• Investigate technical issues during the manufacturing process to find applicable solutions.
• Test components before putting them back into operation.
• Carry out research in technical drawings and documents in order to properly advise the manufacturing teams (e.g. 3D drawings, wiring diagrams, etc.).
• Other tasks may include:
• Ensure proper monitoring of operations to achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with other departments to find alternatives to certain components when necessary.
Preferred Education
Pursuing an undergraduate degree or college degree in electrical, mechanical , avionics engineering or other related fieldsLocation of the internship is Montreal.
Internship will be carried out in person.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
