JOB REQUIREMENTS: Accountabilities/Duties: Prepares patient meals perorder following recipes and safety practices. Adjusts recipe size basedon the number servings being prepared. Completes preparation from apull-guide. Prepares meals for cafe including batch cooking. Preparesmeals for catered events. Stores freezer items. Trials new recipes andmake adjustments for quality and quantity. Completes taste test items.Completes assigned cleaning per schedule. Communicates with the aidesfor patients, cafe and catering to maintain the timeliness and qualityof meals and food items. Communicates with co-workers regarding meals,recipes, timing. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of High SchoolDiploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year food service cookingexperience preferred.
