　　Situated on 120 beautiful acres in Silver Spring, Maryland, Riderwood is the largest continuing care retirement community in the United States. 　　We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who also have a GNA certification. Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

　　As a Full Time Float employee, the schedule will consist of four or five shifts for each (Sunday through Saturday) week, chosen from the availability provided by the Staffing Coordinator. Availability of shifts (days and hours) may fluctuate and will be consistently based upon the scheduling needs of the facility.

　　Help people live better lives by:

　　Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs

　　Assisting residents in activities of daily living

　　Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

　　Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs

　　Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

　　Compensation: Salary starting at $20 / hour (salary based upon experience) + shift differential

　　What you will need:

　　Current CNA certification for the State of Maryland

　　Current GNA Certification for the State of Maryland

　　Current CPR and First Aid certifications

　　1-2 years CNA /GNA experience preferred

　　High School diploma or GED required
