Central Strategy & Operations Location: San Jose, CA/Hybrid Duration: 3-4 months Description: Our mission: Client OS Central Strategy & Ops maintains a holistic view across the product and business with a remit that includes: Driving core operating cadences to provide leadership with visibility on our top business priorities. This may include standardized reporting of business & org. health metrics, OKRs, and recurring product & business reviews Managing strategic communications to share strategy with internal / external audiences Leading strategic projects & programs to address emerging business challenges / opportunities and define a unified approach across business segments (Consumer, Enterprise, EDU) and/or functions (e.g., Product, GTM, Marketing, Finance) Key Responsibilities: Drive core operating cadences such as leadership reporting and key initiative progress tracking. Execute on strategic goals & special projects, partnering closely with cross-functional partners across Finance, HR, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management to operationalize initiatives with guidance Provide project management support to cross-functional working groups. Oversee end-to-end progress, set meeting agendas, document key decisions, track action items to ensure timely completion, and identify & escalate blockers Identify, evaluate, and recommend ways to continually improve organizational processes. Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively Utilize standard analytical, problem-solving, and research skills to provide data-driven market and business insights Manage strategic communications by ensuring key documents are up to date and tailoring content for different audiences Follow direction on timing, goals, and objectives within a set of projects, effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years professional experience in Strategy consulting OR 7+ years of professional experience in program management, Business Operations, or Sales Operations Self-starter with strong organization and prioritization skills.
