Your role
As the Financial Analyst - Operations Finance you will have primaryresponsibility for financial support for multiple business functions.Responsibilities include period end close duties, financial reporting forthe business, establishing and monitoring effective controls, andfinancial support for continuous improvement. This position reports to theArdent Mills Operations Finance Manager and has direct accountability toOperations and Supply Chain. A successful candidate will have the followingattributes:

Your responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of the business financial statements throughperiod end close processes, analysis and investigation. Provide operationsand supply chain financial support at the corporate and mill/plant level.
Support business planning and forecasting processes.
Implement and maintain adequate and effective internal controls across thebusiness processes including managing accounting policies and proceduresincluding effective metrics to track progress, trends, etc.
Complete other projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or similar disciplinewith analytical quantitative bias.
3+ years' experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within amanufacturing or agricultural organization.
Strong financial reporting, internal controls, and technical accountingskills with understanding of GAAP regulatory compliance.
Experience in cost accounting, inventory controls, and general ledgeranalysis.
Strategic thinking to establish, improve and streamlineprocesses andprocedures.
ERP system knowledge and experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc.).
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI,PowerPoint, and Outlook.

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and levelof experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will bemarket competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level ofexperience. The starting range for this position is $71,700.00 -$95,603.20, with additional earning potential possible commensurate withexperience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reasonfor our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a targetbased on contribution, company performance, and individual resultsachieved.
