This position will plan, coordinate and track key strategic initiatives as well as assisting the planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting of various aspects of Global consolidation for Tenneco across the Business Units. The position may be based in Northville, MI and reports directly to the FP&A Directorof the company.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare various complex financial models and analyses to assist management in strategic decisions.Prepare analysis to assist management in understanding key cost drivers and potential areas to drive cost savings.Support monthly management reporting process, variance analysis, presentation materials; provide clear and concise insightful analytics for transparency to drive business decisions.Manage current business modeling to improve plan, forecast, budget along with reporting efficiencies and effectiveness.Coordinate and consolidate operating reporting to support leadership and Board of Directors, including quarterly reporting requirements.Manage reporting including profit and loss financial results, balance sheets and cash flows.Business Partner to support leadership and Business Units to develop effective working relationships.Optimize key financial processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency in personal responsibilities, Global FP&A team and Tenneco.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience: Finance leader with 7+ years financial analysis experience and experience in leading FP&A functions.
