　　Summary:

　　Responsible to ensure accurate distribution of all faxes received in the BayCare HomeCare Fax Server and Right Fax Utility to all BayCare Home Care recipients. Must identify the correct recipients. BayCare HomeCare has multiple lines of businesses and the faxes received must be read, routed and duplicated or split to the appropriate departments including Central Intake, Home Health, Pharmacy, DME, Respiratory, O/P and Billing approximately 4000 faxes per week. Responsible for returning faxes to sender if the information is not complete or have been sent to BayCare Home Care in error. Must prioritize the delivery of faxes based on acuity and timeliness of services requested in documents received.
