Seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Vallejo, CA as a Center Manager.

　　ABOUT THE CENTER: Satellite Healthcare Vallejo is located off Interstate 80 and Highway 37, southwest of Six Flags. This area of central Vallejo offers many conveniences, from groceries to dining.

　　WHAT YOU WILL DO

　　The Center Manager (RN) is a critically important role in the overall functioning of a clinic. The Center Manager (RN) maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center. The Center Manager's (RN) role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The Center Manager (RN) will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives. The Center Manager (RN) consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Center Manager (RN) will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

　　Experience:

　　One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience

　　Management or Supervisor experience preferred

　　Education:

　　Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.License/Certification:

　　Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)$132,000 - $162,000

　　The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
