As an independent contractor, you may appreciate: * Flexible work shifts * Work/life balance * Choosing your clients and area of work * Setting your own rate * Providing one-on-one care RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide personal care * Monitor and report changes in healthcare status to family and/or health care professionals * Provide companionship and social interaction * Maintain a clean and healthy environment REQUIREMENTS: * HHA or CNA certification (Approved by Florida Department of Education) * Assisisting with Self Administered Medications  * CPR certification * Initial HIV / Aids Traning
