　　Cash Application/ Customer interaction representative - You will have visibility to learn and grow with excellent benefits including a significant pension, 401k and fully paid family medical and dental benefits. 80 percent of the transactions here with members are done via phone calls. Ability to interact and resolve financial services issues for customers with the ability to grow into accounting role. They are looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow as they grow.

　　This person must be a good team player and answer the customer calls; apply loan payments and deposits.

　　Duties include but are not limited to:

　　opening accounts, answering calls and e-mails, filing, early collection calls, wire transfer requests, placing check orders, reviewing online deposits, reset passwords and other online assistance, performing general account maintenance and resolve client questions regarding accounts .

　　Cash drawer transactions and balancing

　　Back up loan officer’s: originating and underwriting consumer loans, assist with title work and insurance as needed

　　High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in banking or sales preferred but will train the right person.

　　Requirements

　　Teller, banking, cash applications or accounting clerk experience

　　Strong communication experience; no degree needed. Ideally going to school for acctg, business or economic

　　Motivated to learn and shown some progression- They are willing to train you into accounting roles within financial services opportunity
