General Manager needed w/High School/GED Diploma or Foreign Equivalent and two (2) years experience as General Manager performing following job duties:
Manage convention and Banquet space to ensure efficient and profitable operation. Establish standards to personnel, administration and performance, finalize room rates through Revenue Management, advertising, publicity, credit and manage fine dining Bar and Restaurant. Allocate funding for different departments. Review financial transactions, Profit & Loss, operating budgets, wages & salaries and present them to Board. Monitor budget and expenses to ensure efficient operations. Hire, train and coach staffs. Conduct health, safety checks and night walks. Use Winguest software.
Hours:
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - 9:00am -- 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)Friday -- Saturday - 2:00pm -- 11:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
