About Case Manager

　　CMP MH/DS is looking for Case Managers in the Carbon, Monroe and Pike county areas.  If you enjoy helping people with Mental Illness or Developmental disabilities accomplish their goals and are organized with great interpersonal skills, we want to speak to you! Duties include referral, placement, filing, meetings, case notes, data entry, reporting, service notes, etc.  We offer great benefits and a competitive salary.  Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required. Clean driving record, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprint and Criminal History Record clearances required. Positions may be available in Carbon, Monroe or Pike counties.
