What you will be doing:
Implement and monitor event tracking on client websites through GTM and Google Analytics 4.
Ensure correct source attribution and implementation of tracking tags and UTM parameters.
Customize and update dashboards on Looker Studio to align with agency and client needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Regularly audit and troubleshoot issues in Google Analytics, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Generate comprehensive monthly reports detailing site performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Ensure data consistency across platforms, including Looker, and address any discrepancies.
Analyze site metrics, user demographics, and behaviors to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Use advanced features in Google Analytics, such as attribution modeling, cross-domain tracking, and enhanced e-commerce tracking.
Regularly back up, archive, and visualize data reports, ensuring standardized metrics across all ad platforms.
Collaborate with web developers, Ad Ops teams, and UX/UI teams to ensure proper tracking, reporting alignment, and data-driven website improvements.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in digital analytics tools and platforms.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Advertising, or Data Analysis + certification in Google Analytics 4AND
5+ years of experience in data analytics for marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, video advertising or others + certification in Google Analytics 4 or related experience.What we would like you to have:
Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other digital analytics tools.
Familiarity with GA4 and its features.
Experience in site conversion tracking, site traffic analysis and attribution analysis.
Experience in setting up and monitoring event tracking and conversion tools
Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and/or similar reporting tools.
Professional Skills :
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$63,511.00 - $107,968.00
