Job Description:

　　Commercial general contractor serving the office, retail, restaurant, and light industrial fields is seeking an experienced carpenter to join their growing team. Company specializes in Tennant Improvement projects along with new construction.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Wood framing

　　Steel stud framing

　　Backing and blocking

　　Door, and hardware install

　　Vanity, cabinet, and fixture install

　　Baseboards, casings, window, door trim

　　Demolition

　　Drywall tasks: hang and taping

　　Interpret shop drawings and plans

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　5-10 years carpentry experience

　　Commercial or Residential construction experience

　　Proficient with Framing (steel or stick), and finish carpentry tasks

　　Ability to perform independently, and within team setting

　　Ability to submit to Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

　　Nice To Have:

　　Commercial construction experience

　　Steel Stud Framing

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
