　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　General Function: Create the bottom panel by attaching the bottom velour to the border. Sew border and may need to include sewing in the law tag and hanging label

　　Specific Responsibilities:

　　Obtain border and panel from storage racks

　　Sew border, including sewing in the law tag

　　Cut thread as necessary and push completed piece to sort and match

　　Inspect stitching to detect defects and repair accordingly

　　Report machine issues that are causing defects to Supervisor

　　Maintain cleanliness in work area

　　Perform related duties as assigned

　　Functional/Technical Competencies

　　Experience/Education

　　Ability to read, write and understand English

　　Basic math skills

　　Previous sewing machine experience in an industrial setting

　　Attention to detail is a must

　　Produce at a level to maintain integrity of Make-To-Order system

　　Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively in a safe manner
