TV and FILM CAMERA OPERATORS AND TV and FILM (VIDEO) EDITORS wanted for work with Multimedia Company located in Silver Spring, MD. Work will require being at various Locations and also On Site to record news, live events, videos, television and film productions in single and/or multi-camera shoot as dictated by the script, producer, director, and/or cinematographer.You must have experience working with Electronic, Digital and Cinema Film Cameras. As a Video Editor you will be responsible for assembling recorded video and film using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Media 100 Software to merge content from multiple sources to add pictures, graphics, text, visual effects, film, video, voice, sound effects and music based on content specs.As a Camera Operator, you will be responsible for capturing high quality and attractive shots, videos and images for film and TV production needs.

　　VIDEO EDITOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

　　Meet with Company and/or Clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created;Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each is updated in the correct format;Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects;Establish a clear understanding of the story line and purpose of the video's creation;Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video;Improve video and sound quality using various audio, video and special effects software;Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project;Ensure the correct formatting and final presentation is completed in a timely deadline oriented manner according to Company or Client's specifications.CAMERA OPERATOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

　　Collaborate with directors to determine shooting needs and requirements;Choose and set all the needed filming equipment; Arrange cameras and examine angles to achieve the best shooting outcomes;Experience with operating cranes and mobile mountings, assembling and setting up camera equipment;Experience with planning and preparing scenes, following camera scripts and working with the lighting and technical staff on each production;Test camera movements; Shoot scenes according to guidance and requirements; Film quality footage;Collaborate with other team members;Monitor, Process Materials or Surroundings - Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems;Report and resolve any technical or practical issues;Provide creative input to scene planning and implementation;This position can be very physically demanding. The position sometimes requires traveling between locations and (at times) irregular work hours.Maintenance and proper handling of all filming and recording equipment is extremely important due to the cost of such items.EXPERIENCE:
