GENERAL PURPOSEOF JOB The senior process engineer partners with individuals across thebusiness to lead and support our continuous improvement efforts acrossmultiple departments. Senior Process Engineer will be hands-on andinstrumental in driving process optimization, quality enhancements, andoperational efficiency. Use of Six Sigma methodologies and advanced dataanalysis will be pivotal in shaping the future of our processes.Collaborates with New Product Development team to ensure the plantprocesses and equipment are capable and ready for industrialization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Process Documentation and Standardization: Establishand maintain standardized processes, ensuring meticulous documentationof process parameters, experiments, and improvements. Facilitateknowledge sharing and training sessions. Strategic Process Optimization:Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the full valuestream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry bestpractices. Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize sophisticated data analysistechniques and statistical methods (when needed) to extract actionableinsights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-drivendecision-making processes.
