Aston Carter is currently hiring for a Call Center Representative in the Baltimore City area!
MUST HAVE: Any customer service, call center, receptionist, office, or anything similar experience is a huge plus!
Description:
Representatives will be responsible for performing outbound calls to clients to follow-up on the paperwork that they are sending out. Will be logging clients responses and sending out form letters occasionally.
Shift: M-F 8-5 or 9-6
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer experience- open to administrative and retail backgrounds
Must be customer service oriented, have a "customer first" mentality
Must be comfortable speaking with clients on a daily basis
Must be proficient in data entry
Looking for candidate with a "chick-fil-a" mindset
