　　Our client, is currently hiring for a Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Overland Park, Kansas! This role will provide the opportunity to gain experience in the insurance field and allow for growth! Candidates must be flexible to work between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. if you are interested and LOCAL to the area, please online for consideration!

　　Provide customer support to insurance agents.

　　Assists with password resets and basic IT for the agency.

　　Answers agency commissions questions.

　　Communicate in a concise, tactful, prompt and effective manner both over the phone and by email.

　　Maintain a positive working relationship with agents, customers, coworkers and others.

　　Must be comfortable submitting to a very thorough background check due to the nature of the business
