　　Duties:

　　Monitor inbound shipment schedule and coordinate space as needed.

　　Receive goods into the system according to inbound receiving work instructions.

　　Receive all customer return goods and notify appropriate parties of any RMA discrepancies.

　　Communicate all goods returned without RMAs.

　　Organize all inbound shipping documents.

　　Ensure goods received are in the correct ERP and physical bins.

　　Coordinate all inter bin transfers and respond to any requests for information from accounting and other internal departments.

　　Ensure all receiving documents are submitted to the proper department.

　　Assist in shipping when needed and perform other duties as assigned.

　　Position Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of specialized business training.

　　Strong grammar, spelling, and organizational skills.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently.

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

　　Ability to understand business mathematics.

　　Proficient in the use of spreadsheet and word processing software.

　　Net Suite experience is a plus.
