　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities:Produce 2D and 3D CAD/BIM models for building structures and architecture,including plans, sections, details, schedules, and design packages.Coordinate design closely with engineering discipline leads in a projectfocused team environment.Ensure delivery of documents according to client specifications andconstruction standards.Ensure quality of work according to company standards.Review other's work for quality assurance.Assist with development of BIM execution plans.Limited travel may be required.Perform clash detection and resolution.Produce project imagery and visualizations for use in documents andpresentations.Assist with review of contractor shop drawings and RFI's.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have all the following:Strong spatial relations and visualization skills.Strong geometrical and dimensional skills.Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.Familiarity with construction materials and trades.Time management skills.Strong initiative and a positive attitude.Ability to work effectively with peers to resolve issues and implement change.Strong organizational skills.Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.Critical thinking, problem-solving skills.Knowledge and experience with computer software such as: Revit, Autocad,Inventor, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Microsoft Office Suite (Windows,Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote).The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with one or more of thefollowing subjects:Building construction and building systems:Architecture, Structures, Civil/Site/Utilities, HVAC,refrigeration, plumbing/piping, electrical, fire protection, processand instrumentation diagrams.Manufacturing/industrial systems such as:Utilities, process, packaging, material handling,water/wastewater, fabrication, skid mounted equipmentDesign Processes:Drawing Interpretation & Generation: Sketch, Diagram, P&ID,Product Sheet, PlanBIM Modeling, BIM Coordination, Digital TwinsEducation:Bachelor's or Associate degree in design technology, engineering orarchitecture, from an accredited institution and at least two years ofrelevant experience; if no degree, must have at least four years ofrelevant experience.
