Submit and review drawings with peers as needed before design staff review.Quality Assurance: Efficiently produce accurate drawings for review and approval by the design staff.Project Prioritization: Prioritize assigned projects based on due dates.Standardization: Develop and maintain standard and custom details for all product families.Communication: Serve as an interface between commercial operations, plant managers, customer service representatives, and structural engineers when necessary.Field Visits: Occasionally visit manufacturing facilities or product installation sites.Qualifications:Associates degree in Drafting, Engineering, or AutoCAD.Ability to read and interpret documents, technical manuals, and engineering concepts.Strong technical skills, including an academic background in AutoCAD and proficiency in current versions of AutoCAD.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent mathematical skills and demonstrated attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.Strong ability to read and interpret documents, technical manuals, site plans, and engineering concepts.Excellent oral and written communication skills.If you are a CAD professional with a keen eye for detail, expertise in AutoCAD, and a passion for precision and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for the CAD Technician position.
