Job Description

　　An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking to add a Buyer/Planner to their team. This person will be responsible for planning and executing the procurement of raw materials from suppliers supporting all types of supplier raw materials and material data analytics, and performance metrics for indirect and direct supply base. They will maintain supplier relationships and manage production and shipping schedules. They will also manage MRP, source list, and material master list in addition to maintaining purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system. This person will oversee and manage new product launches and provide support to Customer Service, Sales team, and Product Management with business and product strategy. They will oversee and conduct monthly forecasts and participate and contribute to monthly inventory reduction program, management & metrics, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Similar

　　* 2+ years of experience in buying/purchasing

　　* 2+ years of ERP experience (i.e Net Suite)

　　* 1+ years of cGMP or manufacturing experience null
