Education:

　　University Degree or equivalent experience.Skills:

　　English Fluent;

　　Minimum 2 year experience in a Planning/ Buying/ Supply Chain role;

　　Planning, prioritizing and time management skills;

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensure smooth raw materials flow in order to maintain stability of the production process, according to customer requirements, stock objectives and maintain the efficient inventory level;

　　Order materials and handle suppliers with regards to the MRP requirements, inventory turnover goals and procurement data ; Close follow-up with vendors to improve delivery dates, take all needed actions to meet the customer requested date;

　　Ensure customer/supplier timely delivery through effective expediting and a close working relationship;

　　Ensure material shortage risks are identified, assessed and communicated within the business.

　　Work closely with internal customer to drive material timely dock schedule and meet customer demand. Pre-alert on any extensive shortage impact or line down.

　　In time confirmation on material status for lead time inquiry and in production schedule system to support response to customer or production needs.

　　Keep part parameter accuracy, reschedule part dock schedule along with forecast and customer demand changes to keep accurate material driving signal, optimize inventory and meet company target based on global guideline;

　　Evaluate Supplier and Supply Chain delivery performance per PO Lines. Lead communication among direct supplier, Engineer Commodity Manager to find out solution for any issues impact delivery schedule case by case;

　　Timely record overdue code on customer service level by material shortage and improve to prevent further shortage;

　　To transfer special issue to related group and solve the issues, including but not limited to shipping or documents error, payment issue, discrepancy between system forecast and actual demand;

　　To coordinate with IPO and related internal group to speed up responses and solutions;

　　To join the project team and finish BOM buyer responsibility along with project schedule.

　　To finish other programs and activities timely based on working requires;

　　Plan selected production parts based on the master schedule, desired inventory turns, and projections through the MRP system.

　　Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.

　　Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.

　　Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, deliveries.

　　Tracking production volume and supervising customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.

　　Scheduling and leading all aspects of the supply and delivery of materials and products.

　　Collaborating closely with suppliers, internal departments, distributors, and customers.

　　Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, cancellations, returns.

　　Handle all vendor returns whit efficient and timely fashion.

　　Work to ensure proper delivery performance

　　Analyze data for planning and release, shortage resolution, ordering and inventory analysis.

　　Supervise stock to avoid excess inventory and inaccuracies.

　　Prepare, maintain, and present performance indicators.

　　Buy Outs Purchasing

　　Purchase assigned intercompany supplies

　　Work with order entry team to ensure purchasing on time

　　Work with accounts payable to resolve any invoice disputes.

　　Process all supplier returns in an efficient and timely fashion.

　　work with vendors to improve delivery performance.

　　Analyze data for planning and release, shortage resolution, ordering and inventory analysis.

　　Supervise inventory level to avoid excess inventory, inventory shortages and or inventory inaccuracies.
