Description
Robert Half is looking for an initiative-taking and service-oriented Deskside Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct technology orientations and training sessions for end-users.
Ensure the proper functioning and security of all IT equipment within the organization.
Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and preventive measures.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Deskside Support Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and system configurations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are desirable.
Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
