Description:

　　Seeking a process engineer with 15+ years' experience to support oil and gas projects relating to processing facilities and compressor stations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ability to lead a multi-discipline engineering team on projects with little guidance; supervise design personnel and other staff specialists.

　　Review and approve designs; assists in the development of design guides, provide guidance for specifications and design control procedures.

　　Serve as the lead Process Engineer or technical expert on medium to large projects. Planning and managing the engineering activities on a project.

　　Maintain the schedule and budget of assigned projects

　　Conduct relatively complex engineering tasks while supervising work of a team of engineers assigned to a project.

　　Perform engineering calculations and develop analysis models for more complex projects with limited supervision.

　　Mentor less experienced engineers, designers and drafters.

　　Interface with other disciplines, vendors, clients and contractors.

　　Prepare advanced specifications detailing performance requirements, specific components, design requirements, applicable design codes, and vendor drawing requirements.

　　Visit vendor facilities and jobsites as necessary

　　Prepare inquiry and purchase requisitions, bid tabulations on simple purchases, and reviews vendor drawings for compliance with specifications.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　BS in Chemical Engineering (or higher)

　　Oil & Gas experience is essential

　　BS in Chemical Engineering.

　　Minimum 15 years in engineering: field experience, experience working in the oil and gas industry or onshore gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transportation, chemical manufacturing, or refining.

　　Experience as the lead engineer on medium and large multi-discipline projects

　　HYSYS/Promax/VMG Symmetry process simulation software experience preferred

　　Experience providing process safety engineering advice for quantified risk assessments, assessment of safety instrumented systems, alarm management, preliminary risk assessment, and layer of protection analysis.
