Job Responsibilities: * Buildsand maintains business systems using Agile principles and processes. *Following general instructions from manager or more experienced businesssystem analysts, ensures systems are operating as designed. * Evaluatesrequests for changes to the system, provides routine system maintenance,documents system processes and procedures, suggests system improvements,and makes daily decisions involving direct application of technicalknowledge to system issues. * Typically works on moderately complex andsmaller, less defined solutions to assess and refine user stories,collaborate with scrum teams and product owners on solutions, developtest plans, conduct testing, and implement systems and systemimprovements. * Voices customer requirements into user stories usingAgile tools. * Assists product and service owners in communicatingchanges to business systems. * Contributes to development of businesscases for improving and/or developing systems. * Establishes standardprocedures to ensure business systems are executed at an acceptablelevel of quality. * Develops and monitors the use of system controls,e.g., system uptime, batches, reports, and queries, and supports endusers in developing reports and/or database queries. * Assists indeveloping and rolling out system application training for technical,departmental and end users. * Engages in other duties as needed thatsupport Alliant Energy\'s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose toserve customers and build stronger communities.
