ThePosition: Under the direction of the Grading Manager, the ConstructionSurveyor will be responsible for providing support to Area and ProjectManagers in the field by preparing and providing surveying and mappingservices of land or land features for horizontal and verticalconstruction layouts. Role and Responsibilities: Prepare drawingsdepicting existing & proposed areas, elevations, features, etc. (parkinglots, main line roadways, etc.). Verify the accuracy of survey data,including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location,elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Calculate heights,depths relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics ofterrain. Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establishbaselines, elevations, and other measurements. Assist in other projectsand duties as assigned.
