　　We are looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to support our Army client. This person will be responsible for defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

　　General Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Gathering and documenting Application Development requirements

　　Analyze business requirements to identify solutions for stakeholders

　　Maintain the application Requirements Traceability Matrix

　　Develop and maintain application training documentation

　　Excellent oral and written skills

　　Highly organized

　　Able to work independently and with team members and customers

　　Experience using Visual Studio, Azure Devops, or similar tools to track requirements, bugs, and change requests

　　Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　Masters Degree AND 5 years experience

　　OR

　　Bachelors Degree AND 7 years experience

　　SDLC

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　Active DOD Secret with ability to upgrade to Top Secret.“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
