　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure proper maintenance and repair of the entire building and equipment (front and back of the house).

　　Responsible for participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in maintenance activities.

　　Responsible for the overall condition and maintenance of the property, repair and up keeping of the furniture, fixtures and equipment, installations, systems and buildings of the Hotel. Both in term of assets and respect of equipment and also for the security and safety norms of the equipment and the buildings.

　　Responsible for the safety and security norms of the equipment and the building.

　　Qualifications:

　　Qualification

　　Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with minimum of 1 year work experience as a technician in hotel or in a similar large building/complex.
