　　Business Strategy Planning Director

　　Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location.

　　The Business Strategy Planning Director is responsible for business unit strategic planning and and Cost of Care value capture for the Extended Value Team.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.

　　Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprises strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.

　　Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives.

　　Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

　　Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment.

　　Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 year strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

　　Master’s degree preferred.

　　Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

　　Strong PowerPoint presentation and story telling skills

　　Strong Excel Skills (ability to summarize raw data)

　　Consulting background preferred

　　For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $127,600 to $229,680.
