Your role

　　Your team

　　You'll be working in the Divisional Information Security Office (DISO) within US Wealth Management in Weehawken NJ. Our role is to protect our clients' personal identifiable information against data loss through maintaining strong controls, providing expert guidance and educating our stakeholders

　　Your expertise

　　• 3+ years of project management experience in a Wealth Management or Financial Services firm, with demonstrated success in executing complex projects. Experience in privacy, data protection, records management, cyber or risk management a plus

　　• excellent power point and other MS office skills to enable executive level presentations

　　• strong analytical skills, able to quickly understand complex processes, identify risks and inadequacies in procedures, as well as propose practical and sustainable solutions

　　• excellent communication skills with the ability to direct and influence stakeholders across the organization and break down complex issues into simple parts

　　• superb judgement, with an eye on mitigating risk (current and emerging)

　　• client focused and results oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute efficiently

　　• a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
