Your role

　　We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:

　　• Gather and analyze business requirements for the development team. Write Java, JSP, and JavaScript code to develop application functionality.

　　• Write and maintain DB scripts including SQL queries.

　　• Provide production support, analysis, and fix code issues by utilizing issue tracking system, version control system, and cloud monitoring tools.

　　• Collaborate with development team and mentor new team members.

　　• Attend standup, retrospective and iteration planning meetings.

　　• Provide regular updates to users on the progress of their requests.

　　Your expertise

　　Education & Experience Requirement

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years in the offered role or as a Senior Software Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or a related occupation.

　　Position requires experience with the following:

　　• Developing Java-based web applications;

　　• Web concepts and technologies including HTML, XML, Tomcat;

　　• Professional relational database;

　　• IDE such as Eclipse or IntelliJ;

　　• Version Control system such as Git;

　　• Issue tracking system (Jira or Service Now);

　　• Cloud concepts;

　　• Comfortable working in a vital business-supporting environment; and

　　• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance and functionality issues.
