HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Perform data entry and records updates in HOM SN

Contribute to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of your team

Collect information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports

Produces reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs

Provide data analytics and key insights

Collect detailed project requirements; anticipate technical needs; collaborate with developers to create future state automated workflows

Highlight and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of relevant experience

US CITIZENSHIP

Required to take initiative to develop, run, and present project reports

Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.

Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders

Demonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and part of a team

The likely salary range for this position is $54,496 - $63,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
