　　The Vendor Flex team is hiring for a Business Optimization Analyst, who will be responsible for the day to day health, management, and optimization of our ever-evolving business. You will have direct ownership of a suite of vendors and products that directly impact the long-term sustainability of our business.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Assume ownership over a portfolio of vendors, working directly with external vendor leadership to drive business improvements.

　　Own key metrics and their respective inputs, identify trends, and deep-dive root causes to resolution.

　　Maintain cross-functional partnership with business and operation teams, collaborating on ideas to drive performance improvements.

　　Continuously seek ways to invent and simplify across our business, identifying non-value added tasks that can be automated.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　2+ years of professional or military experience

　　2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

　　Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics,

　　Transportation, Business, Transportation, or Technical related field from an accredited university.

　　2+ years' experience using basic to intermediate Excel functions (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.) - Experience in root-cause analysis.

　　Basic SQL querying knowledge.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
