As a CRM Delivery Lead, you are responsible for leading people, project, and program management across an entire CRM system lifecycle. From requirements gathering through implementation, you will work closely with both internal Avanade employees and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. You will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, processes, and tools supporting enhancements in productivity, efficiency, issue resolution, and cost.
What you’ll do
Manage collaboration with clients and project teams to develop PMO related tools such as project plans, implementation plans, transition plans, and etc.Establish and support knowledge management repositoriesSupport business development activities or thought leadership in support of Talent Community objectives and prioritiesMonitor, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the projectBalance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks associated with the projectLead development, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomesManage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the projectLead change management and change enablement processes throughout project durationAssist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade standard tools.Engage and partner with appropriate onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs)Skills and experiences* Extensive experience in CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and the life cycle of planning, implementing, and maintaining such solutions* Demonstrated experience with operation management, systems security, testing, databases, and mobility considerations* Experience leading large technology infrastructure projects* Experience with specific technologies as specified by hiring manager* Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles* Experience working with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects* Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work* Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
