　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

　　This role is for a SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Lead Consultant, which delivers SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. This individual will be responsible for leading project teams as well as serving as an individual contributor, proposal development, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, and ultimately growing revenue on projects. The practitioner will be highly knowledgeable with required SAP Finance Transformation product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules. This individual will lead practitioners to develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. You will be advising client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP S/4 HANA Finance and/or Central Finance within as strategic assets of their broader Finance Transformation.

　　Sales and Delivery

　　You will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP FI S/4HANA and/or Central Finance. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP S/4HANA and/or Central Finance deals, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals. You will support delivery teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing SAP S/4HANA programs and help kickoff and plan new ones.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live

　　At least 4 years of combined implementation or migration hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance

　　At least 3 years of solution architecting or leading SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance projects

　　At least 8 years work experience in a consulting firm.

　　At least 8 years of solid business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience

　　At least 8 years of experience selling finance transformation programs, including strategic alignment with executives, solution development, and closing business

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Proven thought leadership in SAP Financials FI & S/4 HANA Finance and/or Central Finance, demonstrated by whitepapers,presentations at marquee industry events and/or SAP events is preferred

　　Should be well aware of the S/4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance roadmap, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the S/4HANA and/or Central Finance releases.

　　Big Data and cognitive experience a big plus

　　Customer references will be asked during your interview process to validate the above requirements

　　You will also be asked to complete a short assignment during your interview process to showcase your knowledge in S/4HANA Finance and/or CFIN
