Establish default and fall-back options for key contract clauses
Develop standard RFQ template to enable smoother negotiation of key clauses at LTA stage
Commercial Deals with Suppliers
Work closely with Sourcing commodity partners to build restructuring pipeline
Engage in key supplier negotiations across the Sourcing organization
Large claims management by working closely with Product Lines
Supplier Team (ST) Excellence
Drive adherence to ST operating rhythms
Establish TTIs for Rosette score
Develop engagement plans with supplier
Lean Transformation Projects
Connected flow / Pull
Revert collection
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years sourcing strategy, commercial or commercial strategy, or related experienceDesired Characteristics:
