With a commitment to excellence and a track record of success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts while also strategically expanding our presence in the agency ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with potential clients, and achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to execute our growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Seek out and build relationships with agency and advertiser contacts for new business opportunitiesIdentify and target potential clients through research, cold calls, and networkingProduce a high volume of sales related activity and keep governance of this data in our CRMManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contract deals, utilize market tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and other relevant software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performanceKeep accurate records of sales activities and report on progress regularlyUnderstand client and agencies needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their business objectivesIdentify partnership opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with agencies to expand our market presence.Meet and exceed all sales and revenue targets
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Technical / functional expertise
5+ year of experience with leading and closing performance marketing sales to advertisersAffiliate sales experience could be an advantageKnowledge of e-commerce and Online MarketingProven record of success in a consultative selling environmentProven record of generating new revenue and exceeding sales quotaExcellent negotiation and closing skillsProven knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft product suite
