SUMMARY: Develops and manages opportunities for LogistiQ conveyor products to achieve sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales programs and marketing strategies to develop new opportunities for said products. Collaborates with product team members on product / service offering and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and maximize sales. Implements appropriate new sales opportunity techniques, to increase sales volume.

Increase profitable sales of assigned LogistiQ products.Identifies and develops new opportunities to utilize LogistiQ conveyor products for Customer solutions:Recognize opportunities for new, or unique products and applications that lead to new product development and long-term production opportunitiesDevelops and collaborates in marketing campaigns and initiatives Manage and win orders for assigned RFQ'sCollaborate and communicate effectively with customers, Applications Engineers, and other departments in the LogistiQ organization to accomplish the foregoing.Participate in strategic sales discussions and objective setting.Become proficient in assigned products and their application.Extensive travel is required, including site visits, meetings, sales solicitations, trade shows, etc.

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related area is preferred, and at least (3) years sales experience. Retail, Ecommerce, Distribution, or Parcel Marketplace experience preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to write and analyze reports as well as read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Excellent math skills are required including the ability to perform calculations while constructing quotations. Employee must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry as well as to calculate and analyzes numbers while controlling costs within a stated budget.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products and possess adequate skill to navigate and work within company's ERP and CRM software. Excellent typing skills are required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. Employee spends some time on shop floor. Most of the time will be spent sitting in front of a computer and use of the phone.
