What’s a typical day as a Warranty Administrator? You’ll be:
• Effectively administering Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet deadlines, objectives, and organize parts receiving in a warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Working with different teams, dealer networks, etc. to effectively resolve business questions/issues.
• Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and business improvement opportunities.
• Daily administration and work with teams to effectively organize and reconcile daily parts receiving.
• Maintaining supplies, FedEx forms, boxes, etc., for shipping.
• Learning and operating a forklift.
• Effectively applying and explaining policy and procedures.
• Keeping track of and meeting deadline objectives for claim adjudication in parts receiving as well as operation manual compliance accuracy.
• Utilizing intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office; outlook, word, excel, power-point, access, lotus notes, web-based applications as well as mainframe platforms.
• Working with AHM ISD systems team to resolve application issues.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, client relations, and problem resolution abilities.
• Can work independently and collaborate with different teams and management.
• Have the ability to utilize data matrix to develop and improve operation efficiencies.
• Have general automotive knowledge preferred.
• Have parts inventory/warehouse organization management preferred.
• Have intermediate computer proficiencies; Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Access, Lotus Notes Database, Mainframe, and web-based applications preferred, digital cameras.
• Have the physical ability to safely lift packages and parts up to 80 pounds; average weight 8 pounds.
• Have the ability to have or become HAZMAT certified.
• Pay attention to detail, flexibility while maintaining safety and quality.
• Possess an associate degree, vocational degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Have knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty administration, office/warehouse management preferred.
